Do you think that the domain PS3.TL would be good for something like "PS3 Talk"?
I registered this domain a while ago and I was just trying to find a good use for it.

PS3 isn't copyrighted, nor trademarked to Sony. I think it's a great domain, not liking the tld much, but still great.

Most companies don't care if it is promoting their product/service.

If this site is using a trademark name then people may believe its affiliated or even owned by sony. Wouldnt it give them a bad rep? and result on loss of sales?

Yeh i think so mate.

Oh my God. You were joking right. That is seriously retarded.

PS3 is trademarked as well as Playstation 3 and Playstation Three. The only reason fan websites have playstation2.net e.t.c is because Sony lets them because they want a good reputation.

The bad thing about that is you risk losing your trademark if you dont protect it.

No it wouldn't. It would usually be PROMOTING their product, and most times the site will have "We have no relation to Sony" or whatever in their signature. Stop acting like a little girl on a period, MATE.

Lets try and act a little more mature. No need to be rude.

Ok i had a site called alienwarez.org and alien ware contacted me through a lawyer saying it was breech of copyright infridgment so i had to give them the domain or face legal action. Now have you ever had this happen to you? have you experienced this type of situation? if not then dont talk to me about it. Ill buy ps3.in and start selling my own console from the domain and claim sony maded it see what sony say to me then. Seriously mate STFU.

Why use the word MATE in caps? This is how i talk from where im from do i use DUDE or MAN when im refering to americans?
