That is stupid, the girl that commited adultery shouldn't have been killed, let alone the others. He will just be put in prison and then even more shame will be put on his family.

Whilst I don't agree with the killings she should have respected the strong beliefs and traditions of her country/family.

I think this guy is sick, that doesnt "warrant" killing someone, let alone the others who werent involved. I suppose if she knew what her dad was like it was a bit of a dumb idea but i guess she didnt have a choice, divorce isnt looked upon as a good thing either.

In another article, it is stated that the adultery was just a 'claim' made by her husband. The other local people told news that the daughter left her husband because she was forced to work at a brick factory.

What's unfair is, most men who commit "honour killings" can get out of jail/prison by bail.

most religions contridict themselves too, i know one religion states that there should be an eye for an eye/life for a life. but then says to forgive and forget
Assuming you're talking about Christianity, that's a common misconception. The bible passage actually says (according to the Message translation)

Another common saying taken from another translation of this passage is 'turn the other cheek'.
It nowhere states that you actually should take an eye for an eye.
