  Old  [HELP] A Running Program

I went to shut down firefox through processes and I saw I have 5 svchost.exe

svchost.exe LOCAL SERVICE
svchost.exe NETWORK SERVICE
svchost.exe SYSTEM
svchost.exe NETWORK SERVICE
svchost.exe SYSTEM

is this normal or is there something is wrong?

normal; just services running in the background. Run -> MsConfig -> Services (I am not sure What to Turn off, but I know some stuff can be.

normal. terminating any of them will make the computer run odd. just beware of scvhost (not vc), its a virus

scvhost.exe is a virus, W32/Agobot-S to be exact. the legit one is svchost.exe. notice the small difference.
