It's not illegal at his age, but i'm sure it was probably illegal within the last 16 years!

What do you mean, I mean it was definitly illegal when I was in primary school and highschool and he is younger.

The cane has been illegal for years, what I mean is, when it was used it wouldn't be illegal at 16 years old but it certainly hasn't been legal in the last 16 years (he is 16 years old)

did they use a real cane?. . . in my infants they used to you hit with wooden rulers but not an actual cane (not sure a cane would of been much worse mind lol)

The only thing they would do in our school was throw the board duster at you and pretend they were joking so they get away with it.

They used to do that too...except they dipped the duster in petrol and ignited it first.
