 Most useless domain extension?
Whatever happened to just com, .co.uk, .net and .org? Now it seems there are extensions for everything! What's your least favourite or in the eyes of you, the domain that's the most pointless?
It has to be .NAME for me! Why???? Who registers that!

.co.uk is one of the ones I see a lot but hate. It's got too many periods!
.tv .fm and .info would be some of the others.

.name is a pretty ugly extension in my opinion, but there are other, .cc .org.cn .net.cn and lots other, just go to godaddy.com and browse the available extensions.

I would have to disagree, you may not like them but they aren't the most useless extensions.
I have never seen a .name domain so I guess that could be near the top of the useless list.

.name, .cc and .ca domains are on my Hate List. .name domain names are so useless and I really hate .cc & .ca too.

any domain with more than 3 characters is on my do not like list. Also don't like domains with too many periods for example .org.cn.
for some reason I also hate .biz even though its 3 characters...just something about it that gets to me

Bad use of a .org is awful, like someone running a business with a .org extension domain when they should be exclusive to non-profit organizations. Never seen a .name either but I have to admit I'd never buy one of those, sounds like a useless extension.
I'd love to get my hands on a .jobs domain, but apparently they are highly restricted and hard to get, they also cost $120/year.
