[Zoomrix] The Rebirth

At first glance it looks nice, but nothing too eye catching. Then when I look at the noise effect closely it doesnt look too nice. I agree to remove it but if you can't its still a good design. Headers with noise are hurting my eyes but that could be due to me having like 3 hours sleep

Other then that, it looks nice.

LOL! The noise is probably the biggest theme aspect of this template. And as I said before, I'd have to remake everything in order to remove the text. And it seems like a mixture, some people like it some people don't. So I'll keep it.
