The power of blogs!

I've just realised how powerful blogs can be as a marketing tool for your business. Earlier today I checked my stats and found that Talkfreelance and a few other communities (wht, dnforum) had been linked to a blog, I assume one that gets a large amount of traffic considering it's already sent me 350 uniques in 3 days....

Anyways here is the link, it's based around the spoof on the www. ICANN story that I posted here a week or two ago. There are quite a few popular blogs out there and it just goes to show if you manage to cover an interesting story or post something controversial people will link to you!

Blogs can be extremely powerful. Almost all of our (UrlTrends) popularity has been gained because of them. Blogs are viral, and viral is very good. It cheap (usually free) and it spreads very fast.
