Selling a profitable website with LOADS of potential

Hey everyone, I'm selling my website. I've found that I don't have time to build it up anymore because of things going on in my life, so, I will be selling the following:

- an absolutely amazing homepage including a video player, a flash slideshow, and SO much more..

You will receive the ladder script in its entirety along with all of the PSDs. I spent a total of $6750 in producing this website. Once made, it was expected to grow into an extremely productive and profitable gaming ladder site that would eventually top Gamebattles. Like I said previously, however, I do not have time to care for it right now and am looking to retain some money. The bidding for it will start at $2750, and increments will be $50. Yeah, the site isn't produced fully yet. I was in the production of making the site when I planned to sell it. So, as a result, you'll be getting a script with a few bugs here and there but regardless it's fully functional.

Title says the website is profitable, but there isn't even a site to view because it's not produced fully?

At least show some previews.

Unless the development of this site cost you negative dollars, I don't see how it could possibly be profitable.
