Hey, that's a cool script. Nice work!

A few comments & suggestions:
  1. Have a brief intro & instructions when you visit the site, so people know what it's used for.
  2. What's that thing that looks like a post-it note on the right?
  3. A way to login and manage/add/delete pastes would be very useful and would help make regular users.
  4. A description box for users to explain what their paste is/does would be helpful as well.
  5. Comments for feedback would be cool
  6. It seems the "reply" function lets anyone edit the code? Seems iffy...
As far as marketing, the best marketing would probably be using the site as much as possible. Also setting up and promoting a facebook page, getting feedback in forums like you are, etc.

The brand name and general layout could be the framework for a really solid site! With some expanded features and such I could see this becoming a popular tool.

What would be really cool is if I could paste some source code in there, then use a script to display the full source in, say, a blog post instead of just putting a link to it. Nobody wants to deal with formatting large blocks of code in their blog posts! A simple "Powered by Paste Code" link below the source would be a powerful marketing tool if it caught on.

Just some ideas.
