Looking to get rid of this fast. Please PM me offers. I had this developed by drawingart.org several years ago and never got to developing it.

I will accept Paypal or Google Checkout (preferably the former) and can turn things around to you within a day at most (most likely an hour or two).

The sale will include a coded version of the template as well.
