Paypal is overrated and the support is not up to scratch. Paypal doesn't offer fund transfer to any third party agent other than the bank. So western union is out, xoom used to offer this but because of fraud and money laundering they have discontinued the service. I recommend 2checkout as its much versatile and offers a shopping cart. Their payout limit is set by you not by them. They offer three method that are good for you wire transfer ,payoneer mastercard and cheque(in 8 currency). Their setup cost is a $49 and transaction rate of 5.5% and 30 cents. Its worth it and they are wavering the setup fee the last time I login. Oh don't worry 2 checkout accept paypal payments.
