Hello,i really want to know,how to start freelance.Can someone explain me,or give a link to all information about it?I want to know all things,like,payment-should i create website,give it to customer,and then he pays,or what?How it works,i have no idea.Well all this basic stuff.I don't know nothing.Thanks.

Create a website showing your works, about you, what is your services about. Clients wants transparency, and they want to a provider that looks trustworthy. Then post in forums, look for clients there and such. I don't know what kind of freelancing you will be doing. Some services ask for payment after the work is done. Some services like designing and development like us have a policy of half down payment to start and the rest on the completion of files.

Try using freelancer websites like freelancer.com, elance, etc..

You would get multiple such websites...
