Old  Anyone else had ir35 problems?

Hi guys, just wondered if anyone in here from the UK has found themselves within the ir35 and getting hit with paying extra tax?

I only ask because at the moment I'm working part-time and freelancing the rest of the time, but intend to go full-time freelance once my little business can sustain me on its own.

I've had a few chats with the HMRC and an accountant. I'm also following this this ir35 guide, although it's pretty involved.
I wanted to ask here for some impartial advice, because I don't feel I should be within the ir35 based on how little money I'm taking home.
But apparently it's not about your take home pay, it's your revenue earning practices.

If you could share some insights into what you've done, I've be very grateful.
Right now it looks like I either have to sack off the idea of self employment and just go full-time or sack off part-time and take the plunge being full-time self employed.

However, the ir35 states that you only fall within it if you are self employed, but are also receiving employee benefits.
As I'm just part-time, I don't get holiday, sick pay or any of the other benefits!
So anyway, thought I'd as here and see what you guys think/know.
