  Old  Cost Analysis

Hello All,

I recently acquired a pretty large project. I would like to get an idea of what other web developers would charge. The project is the development of a property management website.

I have received two documents from the client. The links to them are below.

http://glrwdesigns.com/property/Statistics.pdf

http://glrwdesigns.com/property/XLlayout.pdf

If you could please list a minimun fixed rate that you would charge to complete the project. All help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Gordon

If you haven't already, I strongly recommend you do a search here on such terms as "how to charge" "rates" etc. You will find plenty of information, including explanations why asking others to do your estimating for you is not a good idea.

You should try and analyse the components for which you would need to charge - like amount of time to work on the project, amount of time to required to research on the project, your services, designer/developer charges, etc.

Once you have defined all the components look for the charges you would incur.. Accordingly charge for the project...

You would find lots of information on internet on cost analysis of the project...
