Nice list. Personally my favourite resource on that list is http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/
I found by experimenting and refering to that page when I couldent figure something out was the best way to learn how to code with the new standards and tableless layouts.

I agree Travis. W3 is a great place to use as reference. I coded my first few table-less designs with little to no knowledge but I pieced it all together in my head using the w3 tutorial as a guide.
