Fitness Exercise site for sale

I'm looking for offers for the website FitnessExercise.info. The reason for sale is that it is being neglected and I won't have time to do anything with it for a while as I want to concentrate on my main site.

FitnessExercise.info runs on Wordpress and uses a free fitness related theme. Content is PLR, therefore not unique.

I should point out that the site isn't indexed in Google, I suspect this is because the domain expired prior to registration, therefore the new owner will have to ask Google for re-inclusion.
