Paris is going back to jail!!
Article: Here
Excerpt:
LOS ANGELES - Screaming and crying, Paris Hilton was escorted out of a courtroom and back to jail Friday after a judge ruled that she must serve out her entire 45-day sentence behind bars rather than in her Hollywood Hills home.
“It’s not right!” shouted the weeping Hilton, who violated her parole in a reckless driving case. “Mom!” she called out to her mother in the audience.
Hilton, who was brought to court in handcuffs in a sheriff’s car, came into the courtroom disheveled and weeping, hair askew, sans makeup, wearing a gray fuzzy sweat shirt over slacks.

At last. She committed the violation and now at least she's paying for it.

Good! She should stay in there for the entire 45 days in my opinion...
Why she was let out I have no idea...

Paris Hilton as you know was recently released from jail, however Superior Court Judge Michael Sauer ordered the 26-year-old socialite to serve her full 45-day sentence. Reverend Al Sharpton previously stated that her release may have been because she was white and wealthy.
Do you really think Paris Hilton was released because of her race? That is a pretty absurd observation on Reverend Al Sharpton’s part. Look at OJ Simpson. He had money, and was African American, and was set free.
Paris was reportedly in tears sobbing on the way back to prison. She must serve 45 days, her original sentence minus time already served.
People are protesting this on their website too including Dog the Bounty Hunter saying that it's too harsh a sentence for a traffic offense.
What they fail to realize is she violated her probation and quite vagrantly and frequently violates the law period because she thinks her status makes her untouchable.
Maybe this will bring the upper class back down to Earth and make them realize EVERYONE is accountable for what they do.

I could see her in a cell crying "Why does life have to be so fair". Seriously, if this where you or I, we would have to serve the time, end of story. Just goes to show you money is power.

About the OJ Simpson comment, this is completely different because OJ Simpson was in and out of jail, and how long he struggled to finally become freed was also a long process.
So this is not a likely comparison.

Money has to be the worst invention ever. If that was me, I'd accept I'd broken the law and happily spend 45 days in jail. Paris is a prime example of what you get when you get everything given to you, nothing bad has happened in her life and thus she cannot cope. People like this are just a complete mash of worthless bones with a pointless brain and a fruitless life.

She was arrested for skipping parole, the parole was form a dui. She deserved the time.
