Um. Monster Templates can't be resold unless you buy unique rights (a few grand).

It's not illegal to buy a design from TemplateMonster and then sell it further to 1 person..

At least that is what i have experienced..

You would expect that to be ok, but it's still illegal. Unless your a millionaire an decided to buy resell rights on all these haha.

What i mean is that i can go to templatemonster and buy a design, i can use it for some time and if i then figure out that i don't need it. Then i can sell it further to 1 person..

But when i have sold it, then i cannot use it again unless i buy it from TemplateMonster or someone that do the same as i did...

The user who buy the design can not offer it for download or sell multiple copies, if the new owner decides to sell then he can only sell to one person and must then stop / delete it himself...

So basicly you don't "resell" in multiple copies, you just sell your one copy further..

Just like you buy and sell owned vBulletin licenses..

but i'm wondering, TemplateMonter still sell products which there are some another people bought already

It's because they own the rights to it.

how about if one bought them from them?
