No. It's a nice little detailed logo that comes in mane sizes and color shemes. So it's not an icon. Just sent the owner a PM.

I'd demand my money back, $5 or not is besides the question. Marketing a website is the most important aspect and having the same banner as another site doesn't make yours seem professional.

Any chance that the your designer created BOTH banners? And because of your $5 deal, maybe you didn't read between the lines, and see that this was a pre-made sort of banner? I'm just throwing up ideas here, don't take them as the truth

I thought the same, because he said he had a .psd
If the owner of the ProvidePR banner could produce a .psd then we could tell easier.

Maybe hes just producing like a factory with his own templates - without warning his own customers. Anyway, always ask for a portfolio.
