Yup. Yes, it is registered. I'm not legal age to be the 'director', so I have my dad for that position, but yes, the business is under my name.

Interesting, I am a similar age to you...I was under the impression that you had to be over 18 to have a business in your name? I live in the UK if that makes any difference.

Hey Donny, I am 16 years old and I was wondering, how do you manage both school and your online businesses? If it isn't too much to ask, what is your GPA? :P Because seriously, if you maintain a strong high school record plus this online occupation, you could get into a very good college.

By the way, has anyone noticed that most of the people you see on these business forums are teens our age? Pretty cool huh :P The competitive age has arrived.

Nope, it was completely legal. We talked to the small business registry people and had it done in a couple of days.

I'm doing pretty well in school actually. I take around 2-4 hours/day to work online. One thing I learned was to never do everything on your own. I only do what I'm good at. Everything else, I outsource. People can do the same thing 10x faster and 10x better.
