erm Blue Slush is a custom logo made by Gonzalo, and will cost you money mate. And the others are packs from i can't remember where, however those too cost money.

Icons cost money. Customs cost more than premade. Premade are usually heavily used everywhere. Everything cost money money money.

Designing tallent, and preferably Adobe Illistrator for vector but Photoshop will do just fine!

Coral products, quark, fireworks, etc all also work. =p It's a matter of preference.

An image program.... With either a paint brush, pencil or pen. There's no magic filter or button you get to press for them to pop out. =p Talent / experience helps...

Oh, BlueSlush was done by the member Gonzalo. He does all my logo's. It's custom and owned only by myself.
