Windows 2003 Dedicated Server Setup

The project is to move from the old server with approx 3-7 websites onto the new server. Some of the websites run html, php or asp.

The old server and new server are both accessed via remote desktop in windows

The new server which we need to move to ASAP with the following - php mysql, asp, ms sql server as priority.

I had a look around the new server which is windows based (ASP and MS SQL Server 2003/5). It appears the php, apache, mysql side of the server needs to be setup to allow the php websites to run.

I need a cost and time to complete for the setup of the server software and a cost & time for transferring the websites.
