Looking for an Employment agreement

Hi,

I am just starting my own business and looking for an Employment agreement. Two points which I particularly looking in my agreement are:

- Looking for 1 yr contract(employee cant leave his job before atleast 12 months)(Is it too much i'm asking?)
I'm hiring somebody from some other state and paying him relocation charges and i dont want him to join my company and thn go away after 2 months.

- Non Disclosure aggreement

I have found so many templates on net but none of them addresses my first requirement.

Do u guys also face such suitation, if yes thn how u tackle this.
