It's ironic since you claim that it was "bland," yet it's presence it still seen on other forums. It just further proves that your original comment was a blatant lie to cover up the fact you just copy/pasted another users idea.

C'mon, it's the internet age. You screw up with one thing, people are going to call you on it, especially when you're trying to advertise for a business.

No, it's not ironic one bit. I just hadn't gotten round to changing it yet, which I just done. It's hardly another users idea, is it? It's just a signature, it's not exactly - wow, how important!

Although your second statement is 100% correct, people are going to call me out on it, I admit I did use the same block code as Lucas, although I did intend on changing it once I had gotten things tip top shape, it was just a place holder.

Anyway, can we stop talking about the design, unless you're appraising it or anything unrelated to the website. That'd be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Dale

Please explain, how's it badly coded?

Everyone else, coders mostly have said it's great code.

Who looks at coding? It's the content and the prices etc that matter.

Good luck with it mate

Who cares about validation? still, that can be easily fixed.

Likewise, I agree, the coding doesn't really matter in this case, especially for a tiny table.

Stop bit.ching about the guys signature, who gives a rats ass if his signature uses the same code/colours as yours? To the OP, you should have just kept it, they're moaning at nothing.

Secondly, I hate all you coder bit.ches who are always commenting on 'poor code'? if it works and looks good, who cares? I'm sorry, but if you purchase hosting based on the coding standards then there's something wrong.

Sounds like he got unlucky with his domain, but it's no biggy... it won't take long to switch the images over and everything.

To the guys bit.ching about his design, this isn't the gallery showcase forum, neither is it the let's bit.ch about Anthony's design skills because based on the work I've seen, he's one of the best on these boards.

Just a mini rant because there's 5 pages of sh.it ripping into this guy about stupid details.

At the end of the day, it's not your design, your name, or your coding that's going to determine the success of your hosting company. What actually matters is your attitude towards customers, the support you offer, the speed of your servers and your persistence to succeed in this already saturated niche. That said, I'd advise you to possibly try and target offline businesses such as small shops and offer them long term hosting in return for a website.

By this, I don't mean create custom websites for these people, but try and give them a tool with some pre-made designs that they can use to create themselves a website with content easily through a straight forward 'my gran could use that' CMS. Offer them a free domain, and make this available only if they purchase over 1 year of hosting at a price of say $20/month, which would come to $240/year. Now $240 is not a large amount of money to a business, especially relevant to a brick and mortar business. Additionally, I can't see a small businesses website taking up much bandwidth, so it won't cost you anything really.

If he didn't want any criticism he shouldn't have posted. Post a link in your signature, and get on with it.
