We are setting up a full new staff structure so that it is more tierd, and people are rewarded for their work with an aknowledged position. We are also looking at bringing in positions below mods, so people can get on the staff ladder, they can see what its like, we can see what they are like etc without the huge jump to straight mod.

For some reason the new color makes me feel that he is more important than the Admins.
