Is anyone here in experienced in writing Terms of Services for any company/product or an Acceptance Use Policy (AUP?)

If so, how much is this usually?

I'd personally look at getting a lawyer if its serious. Otherwise, I would take another companies TOS, and modify it to suit your own needs (but don't make it an obvious copy, ya know?).

Its not serious enough for a lawyer, but I also wanted to hire someone for the reason that i didnt want to copy somebody eles's..
