It's not in violation of anything. Have you trademarked the name "FreshCoders"? My guess is you haven't, because if you DID then you'd have at least bothered to register the common TLD's of your own trademark, which is standard practice.

I am sorry about all this, these people seem to have a problem with me and all i can do is offer my apologies for this. All i wanted to do was post my portfolio and prices so that i could offer my services.
