Then again, police in the UK are arresting/charging people for little things because they have to meet their quota, don't they? Like when they egged that bus, not about that kid getting in trouble for that

The child should have been taught etiquette. A core lesson in social behaviour at the very least. Tag the kid with an ASBO!
