That logo reminds pretty much of Overture, that's not so bad though.
You should change "Lost login details", and yourskinner.com to red color, instead of blue.
I don't really understand the background, it kind of confuses me.
Very hot otherwise

I do see the resemblence however not enough to change it but your suggestion has been mentally noted!
I've just fixed the file downloading, now works in both IE and FF.

I like it, background looks good and is unique. The only thing i would change is the colour of the lettering 'skinner' in the header to a darker shade of grey, and maybe match the darker colour to the outer ring of the target. Besides that, good work
I see the famfam icons are being used again
