Embed video IE6

I need to embed video's on a company intranet website where all pc's got IE 6 and can't install anything.


How can this be done?

Browser update / install other browser isn't an option nor installing flashplayer... should be done on this config...

I already googled for it and see some things to implement it with windows media player, but will this run into the page or will this open media player to play the movie? It should be played in the page itself...

Is this possible?
I have full access to the apache webserver, can something be done on the server side to enable this option for the users? (tomcat or something? how?)

If you use .swf videos, you could use a web video player or simply the 'embed' function in HTML.

I already saw this tutorial, but with this it opens your media player and doesn't play it into your page... or does it?

but is there a way with quicktime?
