What do you think...?

I have a little situation at sitepoint right now. I wont a contest but one of the entrants acused me of stealing a little concept from his design. He caused the sitepoint staff to ban me and the prize giver to give him half of it(and declare him winner of the contest in spite of using my design). I was inspired by a small part of his designs and as always with public contests an entrant needs to know what the contest holder likes.
Do you think this is justified for what "I've done"?

What are you meant to have taken? The only thing I can see is 'Baseball', 'Soccer' etc pictures with the text could be the same...

What is even the same apart from the logo?

There is nothing remotely the same about them. And beyond that, his horrid. Is there some SP link we can go support you at?

I don't see anything that's remotely the same except concept, which has to be in a contest, really.
