Query the database directly (through the command line or phpMyAdmin). Tell us what the following returns: (change my_database to your database name)

It's not a dedicated, so all I can do is contact support and ask them to do that, is their any way I can see what version I'm running? It's hsphere not cpanel
EDIT: php my admin tells me 4.1.15

You still haven't said what SHOW TABLES FROM my_database LIKE 'cms_%' returns.

Oh, sorry, I thought I did, it makes no differance, still makes a blank box, I'm using that code on www.ipcloak.info/test.php

You didn't read my post. Please run the query that I supplied through phpMyAdmin and tell us if it returns any rows, or not.

It says You have to choose at least one column to display even though I have them all selected
