'lol look at this. . . ' MSN

Is anyone else getting bombarded with these messages on MSN? I've only been online for a few hours and already tons of people have been sending me this, its another one of those 'msn virus' type things were if you click the clink it downloads the programme doing this and then everyone on your contact list starts getting the messages from you. . . so for the love of good if someone sends you something saying that please DO NOT click the link

Also if anyone knows how to get rid of it please let me know so i can tell everyone that keeps trying to send it to me how to get rid of it, its really annoying me now
