  Old  How to make design like this ?

I did like the design like this one but i don't know how i can do it ..

I mean its gradient but not sure how to make gradient as like i wanted and not gradients editor that can do this.

I don't mean the white on the image i mean the blue and green color that way...

theres probably a filter, but you could just make that in photoshop.

set the transparancy to 50%, then with the polygon lasso tool draw the blue areas, usuing the shift key held down do add to selection. Then fill with blue then invert selection, fill with red, then deselect all, use quick mask/or proper mask to add radial gradient from black to white to whole image. easy!

As for the white in the middle, use a brush

hm.. i think just manually make the shapes :O like create circle then create the triangle and place it where u want and just duplicate.

There's actually a rising sun type custom shape that comes with photoshop.
