Salary Pay Designer / Developer Positions

Ok.

As a freelance designer Im becoming quite tired of quoting per project, and having to deal with mass amounts of different people over periods of time. I'm looking for a job online, remote positioning is a must, that will pay me a fixed amount and require a set number of hours / quota of work. On a fortnightly or monthly basis.

I'm looking for any company suggestions, people interested in hiring me, and any guidance for this move from freelance to possible in-house.

Looking for roughly £100 a week+
