  Old  Need to find the tut on the ribbons

I dont remember where i saw it, and im not sure if it was a tut, or just a big article on it, but you know how most sites and banners have those snazzy 'web 2.0' ribbons with like 'CLICK HERE' in them, or something of that sort?

How do I make those? Or where Can I learn How to make them?
