I need your Help/Opinion

Ok, so I am Reformatting My PC tonight (Wild Saturday, I know) and I want to know what you guys would back up, I personally have this:

1. My Music/Movies
2. My Documents
3. My Desktop

I pretty much am looking for something that I forgot, or you think is worth noting.

How do I back-up cookies?

Copy your cookie directory or search for a cookie / password puller program

Emails in a POP3 client.

-addresses/contacts in a pop3 client if any
-wallpapers and theme files if they're not in my documents
-program settings or data that may not be stored in my documents
-fonts


Other suggestions really depend on how much of your data is in my documents.

I also always take a glance under \documents and settings\%username% and browse through there to see if there's anything that might be worthwile to save, especially under the application data\ folder.
