I have a question Donny. seeing as how many of these videos are copyright to artists, singers, film makers, etc.. is it possible that you are able to get sued for allowing people to download this files? Please take no offense I love this idea, i just downloaded 2 things using it, but I am just fearful of you, myself and others being sued for allowing people to download these items without permission, and downloading them.

They are posting it publicly. I don't think anything with happen if you have a ToS saying they can't violate copyright laws and he has that covered.

Good question. First, they would be suing Youtube first for hosting and publicizing the copyrighted content. Furthermore, if you click on the TOS nav option on the site, or read the footer, you'll see that the site/script does not allow any illegal downloading of copyrighted material anyways  .
