My name is Michael James Swan, I am the Managing Director of a United Kingdom based Website Hosting company (of which, I shall not mention here... Being polite, etc).

NOTE:
I will be around the discussion board a fair bit, but I may be quiet for a month or two; because a civil engineer coincidental cut through my phone line that runs into my building, and OpenReach say it will not be fixed until 8th January 2013. (Much to my dismay).
