It's about ten years too late imo, no adult sites will be moving to the new extension (playboy have already been outspoken about this). It's a good idea in theory but it's just too late in the industry to annouce it.

At $35/year they don't come cheap and will be hard to resell I think.

No-ones going to buy .xxx, no way, .coms are too established now, too late as Robson said.
$35 a year is abit of a rip off too.
