Hi was wondering if you could look at my splash and template of my future portfolio

I like the splash, not too keen on the design but looks ok.

Pretty nice colors, it's a bit generic though.

The design is to simple and not very well layed out, however the splash is great!

I think the new ones you have posted up look more corporate, depends on what style you want.

The site look abit random and needs tidying up a little, browse some good sites to get an idea of decent layout etc

Can't seem to design anything good at the moment

Its a little better.

Try a lighter shade of blue for the background, and remove the dark blue hard inner shadow on the nav box.
Also u could try making the logo smaller and look more professional
