Advertsing a pagerank site?

Hey all,
I want to get some decent traffic to a new pagerank site - I am planning on offering alot more then just a page rank reporter...

I am planning on some text link exchanges and I have some banners to advertise on bigger site, what other advertising can I do that has proved a success with yourselves?

Before deciding the best ways to promote your site, you should first identify your competitve advantage. What else are you planning to offer other than a PR Checker? Also, why should people choose your website over others for the PR Checker?
