  Old  Domain reselling?

I'm interested to know any information regarding domain resellers. What are the best companies to use? Is there alot of profit/competition in this market?

Does anyone resell domains themselves? If so, i would love to hear from you about this business. Thanks!

Hey Robson,

I don't resell domains or anything but I sort of have a question for you :-p! A bit off topic but how do you "sell domains" instead of having to have a "reseller account"?

Reselling domain names can be a profit or a loss. Depends how much of a profit or a loss you want First of all you want to get the lowest possible price on domain names which would be around 6.xx and you basically have to pay at least 1k in the bank to get those rates.. There are a few options you have now DirectI or Enom or Godaddy or Cobob (can't remember name)

Then after you have a reseller account you can start reg names at 6.xx but in all reality you want to make at least a dollar or two dollars off of a name if not it ain't worth your time and you will be losing money instead of makeing money cause remember what I will always say "TIME DOES EQUAL MONEY" and my time is expensive. That is why I still charge around 15/name/year and yes that is still a SMALL profit for me.

Next you want to get a few high profile domain names then some small ones that will generate at least 10-50 dollars profit and sell them and just keep doing that

What you want to do to be ahead of the game is to offer something someone else is not that will also get you known... Also the key to any great business is to have a brandable name and don't have it at a PPC

Thats it for now

They charge $5.99 for a domain. Not a life saver by any means but a small saving

Okay i would like to get involved in this discussion. Say i want to get into the domain reselling business basically all what i need to use is my creativity to think up domains other people would possibly want and then advertise them somewhere?

I use namecheap most of the time and there 8.88 but there really good and i have never ever had any problems with them what so ever.
