Yeah reg fee.
When you register a domain you have to think… could someone come along and register a domain that is just as good as this? If they could, then its worthless.
Anyone could go out and register a *randomword*uploads.com. It isn’t as easy as that to make money in the domain market.
Having said that though, if you have plans for development… it doesn’t matter if the domain you are going to use its worthless. Obviously it fits your project perfectly otherwise you wouldn’t have registered it. A domain is only as valuable as what someone is willing to pay for it. What you think is a good domain, other people wont.
