which do you think sounds better and more professional?

It's a toughy, because a forum is a group of people that get together, so you can't really plural it

Always plural when referring to the site by name imo.

This is a forum, there's more than one of them on the site. Thus, forums.

Also I think it just sounds better.

Singular is used by most places from what I see on the web, however snag the plural version also as it'll aid with SEO should someone be looking for "XXXXX forums" in google/yahoo etc.

Personally, I use forums on my own sites.
