Portfolio File Browser

Ok, well i know somebody posted the file somewhere on here, and I searched for ever and can't find it. So if somebody can please help me, I would appreciate it greatly.

this is not my portfolio it is Juliov's as you can tell, I am only posting this link because that is exactly what i saw for download before. Please help me in either finding that exact one, or something like it. Thank you.

Thats a nice one, but I'm mainly looking for one that doesnt use that much, i'm just looking for something simple like the one above, but i thank you and I will keep that in mind if I do not find the other one.
