definately with the bg, looks really good. Manybe move the your cart up a fraction? or line it up with something, such as the right edge of the main content box.

Looks good, not really feeling the logo but definetely use the one with the BG.

graphicly its alright but i think its a bad concept, for the ordinary consumer, it doesn't present enough content when they first go to the page and not very userfriendly ontrying to get to the cartridge they need
