yes, like 5 pence or $ equivelant. Its not much, but if you get spammed it can be a problem.

I think you get told who its from, so on your screen it says 028394291 has sent you a message, press yes to accept and pay. Or something. Also if you get spammed, i think you can phone up your provider and get your money back.

Traffic is improving.. updated the site a bit.

Added a page for the TOS, a page to tell you if you've made an error, and a success page.
