Sorry but I don't like it. The typography of your design doesn't support your the graphics.

The design is very nice. Although I think you've concentrated more on artistic flair than usability.

I find it quite cluttered, and my focus is constantly being directed away from the main content.

Very well said, I have to agree, and I can't believe I haven't thought about that earlier. Now' it's a bit too late =/

I also have to agree with Indy. The main focus should be the content, it's a blog.

Which looks a bit cluttered. Maybe a different colour or shade for the comments etc boxes.

Otherwise, vere nice work.
And I also agree in some way, but it mostly because I don't like how that part divides too much the content area, it kills some kind of flow you could have between your articles.

And the typography as mentionned by Haris could be better. You used what? Times New Roman and Verdana?Try to look with other fonts how you could improve the general feel of the design.

I'm not sure but i think the problem with fonts in web browsers is that the user has to have the font installed on their computer in order to view it, and therefore i chose times new roman, because it's a standard font.

There are lots of standard fonts which look better than Times New Roman.
