Very nice, the text you use is , idk outdated.

Also, id highly recommend that you hire someone to code it in DIVs and use background-image: url(); instead of <img src=""> because it will load ALOT faster.

The design is great, coding is horrible.

Way to flashy. Hurts my eyes almost. Tone it down and somehow get the mascot to fit in more... makes no sense to have a ghostlike goblin trying to eat your members... lol.
